- Vice President Global Talent Management / Member of the Global HR Board of a Luxury Goods / FMCG Business (revenue 2.4 Bio € / 26’000 employees / 42 countries) Building the entire organization from scratch incl. a global Talent Management Strategy. Lead diverse global projects in 12 languages in Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Online Assessments, Employer Branding and Social Media.
- Director HR Europe of a Luxury Goods / FMCG Business (revenue 700 Mio€ / 3500 employees in 10 countries). HR Europe was responsible for the strategic and operational lead of Human Resources. Restructuring of HR to gain efficiency, downsizing, closed or building of different business units in different countries (Italy / Germany / Liechtenstein and France), Leadership and Skills-Trainings, Implementation of 360° Feedback. Member of the global HR Board, implementation of global appraisals in 42 countries and 12 languages, development and implementation of global Success Planning. Build and accompanied the HR Organization in Latin America.
